The Randomizer utilizes a spreadsheet-based record system allowing you to work with existing personnel files or easily create new files in a familiar spreadsheet format. Appropriate for testing single or multiple groups, The Randomizer creates randomized name lists with the click of a button.

PLEASE NOTE: You must be able to edit or modify Microsoft Excel spreadsheets in order to use The Randomizer.

How The Randomization Formula Works.

The concept behind The Randomizer is simple. You enter the names and/or numbers of the personnel you want to test into a spreadsheet, and The Randomizer will "scramble" the spreadsheet producing a new list in random order. You can scramble the entire personnel list or select the percentage or number of names you want drawn from the master personnel list. The randomization formula insures that the lists will be in different order every time and that all personnel have an equal chance of being selected. After your random list is generated you can print it or save it on your PC or on the network.
